Day 5 of 20 days
October 8, 2009
Just to prove how hard it is to get a regular routine let alone run barefoot across America I have again made another video. I seems Tellman has done it again great job. Battling it against the elements with the support of the whole of the USA Tellman Knudson in his latest daily post is pictured with a group of kids at a home on route of his journey across America. In contrast I above am struggling to make between campus’s at Uni let alone run across the country barefoot.
On reflection and having done some more research on the whole running barefoot thing, I have noticed a sense of chivalry and admiration between professional marathon runners for your stereotypical barefoot runner. It has been reported as a very dangerous hobby yet all who participate speak of this pass time with tremendous pride. The nature of the whole barefoot thing I guess what I now know is even braver than what I thought.
I now see Tellman as some kind of Western civil war soldier who ran it alone and helped conquer America during the civil war, did anyone else think this? Anyway here in Britain I knuckling down to my studies for the last three months and just the thought of running is helping me loose weight. I got a compliment today from a friend at Uni who is a successful online marketer he said I looked as if I’d lost a few pounds. Run Tellman Run!

Listen to Tellman speak about America’s civil war in the 19th century. A very uplifting historical reference from Lamont
