Saturday Running Fountain Diary
What a great day for priming myself for running, although I’ve missed two days of logging in about running I have been running things quite well. It’s been a busy day and the past three days have also been busy typing twittering and sharing the great news over on http://startrunning.com. Tellman eating those chilly chicken wings really brought things home, those chicken wings were huge looked yummy and that dip looked dangerous, but he did it, been there and won the T-shirt, Mr Knudson your a legend. That aside today is what this weblog is about, it does not contain any running from me however in the background you will see running water from the fountain of Trafalgar Square in London. We were lucky it only splashed the camera a little bit.
Today’s video blog is me on the third blog or day five or six (loosing count) of trying to keep up with the amazing Tellman Knudson and team doing there their thing. I very curious to know if your man shaved the beard of for extra dough. Tellman’s gonna raise $100, 000,000 for homeless children in America, I don’t know about you but that is incredible, he’s a runner right, that’s why were all here, were runners, were all running things and like I said below you shall see some running water, OK. :0)
Did a day of Sushi in Soho, near Piccadilly if you like food and are visiting London please check out the Sushi restaurants, and I don’t mean the commercial Yo Sushi’s that are about near the Hotels (although they are cool). If you want to have a great sushi munch, Japanese, Korean and all times of things oh and real green Tea go to the Sushi bar in Piccadilly well near Piccadilly. It’s good brain food and was enough to remind having walked of some of the food with my friend from Isle of Man Jenny to get filming for Run Robbwindow Run, well you know I mean Run Tellman Run, I mean really you must think I’m self obsessed or something like this.
Before the munch I managed to squeeze in the Bob Dylan exhibition in the Portrait Gallery, that was cool, many of the photo’s were ok Bob in 1966 which is a very nostalgic year here in the UK, why, well come on man I here you ask? Well we won the World Cup that’s probably why however I think Bob was touring Britain at that time. If Britain could win the world cup in 1966 soccer match then I am damn sure Tellman Knudson can run across the breadth of America barefoot backwards, isn’t it.
Prior to this video and seeing Jenny of on her merry way I met a homeless bloke who had been laid of from security work due to the credit crunch and being homeless having gone to Wales for a week to see his family. His landlady had made hime evicted. Anyway decided to take him for a munch and showed him a few homeless centre’s where he could get shelter. All of them he had tried and he had been turned away, 1. because he did not have an alcohol dependency, 2. he did not have any mental disabilities (although he had been given sight as a baby from being blind to then seeing) and 3. he had no history with the Police. This set him back from getting shelter as homeless person. what’s interesting about this is that if this is the case and that’s generally how it is for homeless people here then I’m sure there are similar issues in the US especially with the young kids. Everybody deserves a roof over there head and like I said to Mike everyone should have Internet access. He cut me up on that one and shared about how he won gold swimming for Britain and how he got a job doing security of nightclubs with shortsightedness. Now I know he was not considerably young but man this guy’s spirit was high and if this sort of thing can happen to him then it could happen to anyone. Support RunTellmanRun please this ones a winner, $100, 000,000 might just might make a difference but without your donations this means nothing.
Below is the donate link from Tellman’s page.

Hello to all or any ;-D I am able to’t understand how to feature your site in my rss reader. Help me, please

Hi Evan sure the reader your using depending on whether it is Yahoo or Gmail should have a topic button. You can find out more about Google Reader by going to a post I made on Myspace a few months ago. If you want to help feature any RSS feed you just add /feed to the end of the URL unless of course you are using Feedburner at Google. Feedburner is a great way of featuring RSS feeds to other RSS reading communities. Similarly you can with the individual URL post you like and the RSS feed URL of the whole website submit to pingomatic or pingoat and this will create a substantial amount of featuring on the WWW. Hope this helped oh and here’s the link to Ed Dale talking about Google Reader: http://www.ehow.com/videos-on_5132_use-google-reader.html
